Common use of Keys and Access Cards Clause in Contracts

Keys and Access Cards. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, TENANT will vacate the Premises and return all keys and/or access cards to the Premises and/or Building to A&M SYSTEM. TENANT will be responsible for any costs incurred by A&M SYSTEM as a result of TENANT’s failure to return keys and/or access cards.
