Kit Development Clause Samples

Kit Development. Kit Development fees as defined in Exhibit 3 will be invoiced by Centogene to Shire Inc. immediately upon completion (i.e. obtaining Regulatory Approval for the relevant country(ies)) of the respective Contract DBS Test Kit. It is expressly agreed between the Parties that Centogene will develop and obtain Regulatory Approval for Contract DBS Test ▇▇▇▇ for use in [*****] in the English language at its own costs and that Shire will not bear any Kit Development fees or Third Party costs under Section 8.4(i) and (iii) for use in [*****] in the English language.
Kit Development. Within [*****] ([*****]) days after the end of a calendar month, Centogene shall invoice Shire for the Kit Development activities completed in the preceding calendar month, based in the Kit Development fees as defined in Exhibit 3.
Kit Development. Sigma shall use reasonable commercial efforts to complete the development of the Kit for distribution with the Instrument pursuant to the Distribution Agreement and by the dates contemplated by this Agreement for clearance or approval of the use of the Kit with the Instrument by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (the "FDA").
Kit Development. The parties will cooperate to develop the assembly of the Kits as deemed necessary by Sherwood and will negotiate in good faith a budget for the Development Costs required for the development of any Modifications to InnerDyne Products for their use with Sherwood Products and their assembly in the Kits (the "Budget").

These documents will fix and illustrate the size and character of the entire project in its essentials as to kinds of materials, type of structure, grade elevations, sidewalks, utilities, roads, parking areas, mechanical and electrical systems, and such other work as may be required.

  • Program Development NWESD agrees that priority in the development of new applications services by WSIPC shall be in accordance with the expressed direction of the WSIPC Board of Directors operating under their bylaws.
