Knowledge Test. Applicants shall be required to pass a knowledge test with respect to the type of position (terminal or airport or oceanic or area/enroute) for which they are bidding, that is not specific to any one geographic location. In such cases, the most senior applicant passing the test shall be offered the position. Applicants who are currently working in the same type of operational position (terminal or airport or oceanic or area/enroute) as the position to which they want to transfer to, shall not be required to write the knowledge test.

  • Reasonable Suspicion Testing All Employees Performing Safety-Sensitive Functions A. Reasonable suspicion testing for alcohol or controlled substances may be directed by the Employer for any employee performing safety-sensitive functions when there is reason to suspect that alcohol or controlled substance use may be adversely affecting the employee’s job performance or that the employee may present a danger to the physical safety of the employee or another. B. Specific objective grounds must be stated in writing that support the reasonable suspicion. Examples of specific objective grounds include but are not limited to: 1.
