KYC Requirements. Such documentation and other evidence as the Agent may require to comply with all necessary "know your customer" in respect of the Obligors or other similar checks under all applicable laws and regulations including: a) full disclosure of structure and ownership of the Obligors as well as of relevant subsidiaries; b) the identity of the ultimate owner (any physical person effectively owning and/or controlling and/or benefitting from directly or indirectly more than 25 % of any of the Obligors) shall be proven via acceptable documentation and the Agent shall receive certified copies of documents of identification to include address and civil registration number if any regarding the ultimate owner - for example passports; c) evidence that the Shareholder is the ultimate owner of the Borrowers; d) signatures on this Agreement and the Security Documents shall be verified and the signatories' identity including address and civil registration number if any shall be documented via passports or other acceptable documentation; e) such other documentation and information as the Agent deems necessary and/or advisable in order to comply with any law and/or regulation regarding money laundering and/or the financing of terrorist activities; Corporate Documents
