Lab Access. Microsoft can provide You with access to a lab facility to assist You with benchmarking, testing, prototyping, and migration activities of Microsoft products. These facilities must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Support Assistance is charged on an hourly, daily, or per Service fee depending on the type of Support Assistance requested. If not otherwise prepaid, We will deduct an appropriate number of Support Assistance hours, rounded up to the nearest hour, to cover the value of a daily rate or fixed fee Support Assistance engagement. Your Services Resource can provide You with the rates applicable to the Support Assistance services requested. If You ordered one type of Support Assistance service and wish to exchange it for another, You may apply those hours to an alternative service where available and agreed with Your Services Resource.
Lab Access. This Section 3(b) shall only apply if Partner wishes access to Tenable run lab environment for the purposes of creating an Interoperability. Tenable may in its sole discretion grant Partner limited access to Tenable’s lab environment solely for this purpose. Any Statement of Work attached hereto or hereafter executed that is related to this Agreement are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement.
Lab Access. Seller shall execute the laboratory instructions attached hereto as Exhibit “B” and the assignment of proceeds in the form attributed hereto as Exhibit “C” and deliver all such documents to Purchaser at Closing.

Lab Access. Microsoft can provide You with access to a lab facility to assist You with product development, benchmarking and testing, prototyping, and migration activities on Microsoft products. These facilities must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. • Application Performance Benchmarking can assist in evaluating application performance and identify performance bottlenecks. The lab facilities can also be used to evaluate scalability limitations based on specific objectives. • Prototyping can assist in building proof-of-concept scenarios or workarounds in order to validate implementation of Microsoft Technology. • Porting and Migration assistance can help devise strategies for porting and migrating applications and data to Microsoft technologies. The lab facilities can be used to validate specific techniques and identify potential problem areas.

Related to Lab Access

  • ICANN Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to ICANN or its designee on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time. Access will be provided at least daily. Zone files will include SRS data committed as close as possible to 00:00:00 UTC.

  • EU Access SAP will use only European Subprocessors to provide support requiring access to Personal Data in the Cloud Service and SAP shall not export Personal Data outside of the EEA or Switzerland unless expressly authorized by Customer in writing (e-mail permitted) on a case by case basis; or as excluded under Section 9.4.

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • Data Access Access to Contract and State Data The Contractor shall provide to the Client Agency access to any data, as defined in Conn. Gen Stat. Sec. 4e-1, concerning the Contract and the Client Agency that are in the possession or control of the Contractor upon demand and shall provide the data to the Client Agency in a format prescribed by the Client Agency and the State Auditors of Public Accounts at no additional cost.
