LABELING REQUIREMENTS. LICENSEE shall use and display the PROPERTY only in such form and manner as are specifically approved by OWNER. LICENSEE shall cause to appear on all LICENSED ARTICLES produced hereunder and on their tags, packaging, advertising and promotional materials such legends, markings and notices as OWNER may request, which unless otherwise notified by OWNER shall be set forth in EXHIBIT 7.
