LABOUR MANAGEMENT BARGAINING RELATIONS. 35.01 Members of the Bargaining Unit shall have the right at any time to have assistance of representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees or any other advisors when dealing or negotiating with the Employer. Such representative(s) or advisor(s) shall have access to the Employer's premises in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of a grievance or in any other matter relating to the Union's business. 35.02 Any representative of the Union or bargaining committee who is in the employ of the Employer shall have the right to attend meetings with the Employer held within working hours without loss of salary, seniority or any other benefit. 35.03 In order that the Union can properly represent Employees in labour management relations, the Employer agrees that members of the Bargaining Unit may use the Employer's business equipment (including but not limited to typewriters, word processors, computers, etc.), outside of normal business hours, and so long as such use does not unduly interfere in the Employer's business.
