Lack of Agreement Procedure. When the evaluatee and evaluator cannot resolve a difference of opinion over the Evaluation Plan, either of the two parties may request the assistance of an evaluation committee. This committee will review the disagreement and will offer a recommendation for its resolution. The findings of this committee are binding on both the evaluator and the evaluatee.
