Language, Captions, Reference. Whenever the context requires, the following shall apply: (a) References to single number shall include the plural and the plural number shall include the singular; (b) Words denoting gender shall include the masculine, feminine, and neuter; (c) Section headings in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall not be considered in construing or interpreting this Agreement; (d) The terms “hereof”, “hereto”, “herein” and words of similar import used in this Agreement shall be deemed references to this Agreement as a whole, and not to a particular section, paragraph or other provision of this Agreement unless the context specifically indicates to the contrary; (e) Any reference to a particular section shall be construed as referring to the indicated section of this Agreement unless context indicates to the contrary; and (f) Whenever the term “including” is used in this Agreement, it shall mean including without limitation.

  • Definitions; References Unless otherwise defined in this Agreement, each term used in this Agreement which is defined in the Credit Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in the Credit Agreement.

The captions of the various articles and paragraphs are for convenience and ease of reference only, and do not define, limit, augment, or describe the scope, content or intent of this Agreement.

Unless otherwise indicated, references in this Agreement to any Section, Schedule or Exhibit are to such Section Schedule or Exhibit to this Agreement, as the case may be, and references in any Section, subsection, or clause to any subsection, clause or subclause are to such subsection, clause or subclause of such Section, subsection or clause.
