All certificates, instruments and other documents to be delivered under or supplied in connection with any of the Finance Documents (except for any documents agreed by the Lender and the Borrower) shall be in the English language or shall be accompanied by a certified English translation upon which the Lender shall be entitled to rely.
Language English. All communications with Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales or Receiving/User locations must be in the Receiving/User location's native language. When Receiving/User locations utilize multiple languages, the communications must be in English unless otherwise directed. Examples of documents which must be submitted in the appropriate language include, but are not limited to, PPAP Documentation, Supplier Warrants, Shipping Labels, Capability Studies and Data.
