Language of Bid. The bid, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the bid shall be written in English. Supporting documents and printed literature that are part of the bid may be in another language provided they are accompanied by an accurate translation of the relevant passages in English, in which case, for purposes of interpretation of the Bid, such translation shall govern.

1.8.2. The bidder shall bear all costs of translation, if any, to the English language and bear all risks of the accuracy of such translation, for documents provided by the Supplier.
Language of Bid. 13.1 All correspondences, communications, associated with preparation of Bids, clarifications, amendments, submissions shall be written either in English or Urdu or both languages. Supporting documents and printed literature furnished by the Bidder may be in another language provided they are accompanied by an accurate translation of the relevant passages in English or Urdu, in which case, for purposes of interpretation of the Bid, the said translation shall take precedence.
