Common use of Late Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Late Enrollment. All Active Employees who are eligible for coverage on May 1, 2021, and who have not made application for coverage as required under the preceding subsections shall not be entitled to coverage under this Policy unless and until the Policyholder has an enrollment.

Late Enrollment.
