Late Pickups Clause Samples

The Late Pickups clause establishes the rules and consequences for situations where a party collects goods, equipment, or individuals after the agreed-upon time. Typically, this clause outlines any additional fees, penalties, or responsibilities that arise due to the delay, and may specify a grace period before charges apply. Its core function is to encourage punctuality and compensate the service provider for any inconvenience or costs caused by late pickups, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring smooth operations.
