Common use of Late Proposals Clause in Contracts

Late Proposals. It is the responsibility of the vendor to deliver his proposal or proposal modification on or before the date and time of the proposal closing to the Department of the County Clerk of Jefferson County. Proposals received late will be rejected and returned unopened to the vendor.
