Common use of Latex Sensitivity Clause in Contracts

Latex Sensitivity. Employees who are concerned that they may be latex-sensitive and/or those identified as latex-sensitive by a physician should present appropriate documentation to Employee Health. Such employees shall be provided readily available non-latex gloves/products for purposes of performing their assigned work duties.
