Common use of Launch Semester Clause in Contracts

Launch Semester. A six (6) month period of time --------------- in which a launch will occur, the first day of which shall be thirty (30) days after the Delivery Date under Section 4.1 herein (fifty (50) days after Delivery Date if a Sea Launch is utilized).
