Lawful Operation Sample Clauses
The Lawful Operation clause requires all parties involved in an agreement to conduct their activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In practice, this means that any actions, services, or transactions performed under the contract must not violate local, national, or international legal requirements. For example, a business providing services must ensure it holds all necessary licenses and adheres to industry regulations.
