Lawful Performance. CONTRACTOR shall abide by all Federal, State, and Local Laws and Regulations as may be related to the performance of duties under this Agreement. CONTRACTOR, at its sole expense, shall obtain and maintain during the term of this Agreement, all appropriate permits, licenses, and certificates that may be required in connection with the performance of services under this Agreement.
