Lawful Purpose and Use. Licensee’s Communications Facilities must at all times serve a lawful purpose, and the use of such facilities must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The use of Attachments for any illegal or unauthorized purpose shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.
