Laws and Authorizations. EKPC and FME shall comply with all Applicable Laws and Regulations and Authorizations applicable to their respective performance of obligations under this Agreement, except where non-compliance will not have an adverse effect on any other Party, any other rights under this Agreement or, as applicable, FME's ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
