Layoff Criteria. 22.5.1 For purposes of this Article, seniority is a unit member’s total years of service at OSA. 22.5.2 Layoff shall occur in reverse order of seniority within the group of 22.5.3 In the event two or more members share the same seniority, the full time employee shall be the most senior for purposes of layoff. If still tied, the tie will be broken by a random lottery conducted in the presence of at least one (1) union representative and the affected members.
