League’s Right to Notice of and Cure Knicks Defaults. Licensor shall simultaneously serve the League, at the addresses set forth in Section 20.04, with copies of all notices of Knicks Defaults served upon the Knicks. Licensor shall accept a cure of a Knicks Default by the League within the applicable cure period.
