Common use of Learning Services Clause in Contracts

Learning Services. Customer undertakes to acquire and maintain the competence necessary to enable it to use the PeopleDoc Application(s) by subscribing to the Learning Services for Customer personnel. Learning Services are described in Exhibit D.

Learning Services. Customer undertakes to acquire and maintain the competence necessary to enable it to use the PeopleDoc Application(s) by subscribing Solution. For this purpose, PeopleDoc recommends Customer to subscribe to the Learning Services for Customer personnel.
