Common use of Lease Assignment Clause in Contracts

Lease Assignment. Mortgagor acknowledges that, concurrently herewith, Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee, as additional security for the repayment of the Loan, an Assignment of Rents and Leases (“Assignment”) pursuant to which Mortgagor has assigned to Mortgagee interests in the leases of the Premises and the rents and income from the Premises. All of the provisions of the Assignment are hereby incorporated herein as if fully set forth at length in the text of this Mortgage. Mortgagor agrees to abide by all of the provisions of the Assignment.

Lease Assignment. Mortgagor acknowledges that, concurrently herewith, Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee, as additional security for the repayment of the Loan, an Assignment of Rents and Leases (“"Assignment”") pursuant to which Mortgagor has assigned to Mortgagee interests in the leases of the Premises and the rents and income from the Premises.
