Common use of Lease Assignment Clause in Contracts

Lease Assignment. Lessee shall not assign this Lease and shall not sublet the Premises, and will not permit the use of the Premises to anyone, other than Lessee, its servants, agents or employees, without the prior written consent of Lessor, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. The parties hereby agree that any assignment or transfer shall be limited to another State agency or institution with a similar business use.
