Common use of Leave Request Procedure Clause in Contracts

Leave Request Procedure. Employees are expected to be familiar with and are required to follow the leave procedures as outlined in the Leave Request Procedures Section. Leave requests for less than one full pay period should be handled with a Leave Request Form attached to the time sheet. Employees may be required to report on his/her status and intention to return to work and may be subject to loss of benefits and/or discipline for failure to do so.
