LEAVES WITH OR WITHOUT PAY. For the purpose of this Collective Agreement, “spouse” means the person the employee is legally married to or the person who they have cohabited with in a conjugal relationship for a continuous period of at least one (1) year. For the purpose of this Article, “day” shall also mean and be read as “shift”.
