Left Blank. The Concessionaire shall not revise, display or collect any amounts in excess of the rates of Adda Fee payable under the Concession Agreement. In the event any excess amounts are collected by or on behalf of the Concessionaire, it shall, upon receiving a notice to this effect from the Concessioning Authority, refund such excess amounts to the Concessioning Authority or the concerned Department as directed by the Concessioning Authority.
