Legacy Safety Data Clause Samples

It typically specifies the rights to access, use, or share historical safety data, such as adverse event reports or safety studies, that were collected before the effective date of the contract. This clause ensures that both parties can rely on existing safety information for regulatory submissions, ongoing product development, or compliance, thereby preventing gaps in safety oversight and facilitating informed decision-making.
