Legal Description of the Premises Clause Samples

The Legal Description of the Premises clause precisely defines the physical boundaries and location of the property involved in a contract. This clause typically references official records, such as lot numbers, metes and bounds, or plat maps, to uniquely identify the property being leased, sold, or otherwise conveyed. By providing an unambiguous description, it ensures all parties are clear about the exact property subject to the agreement, thereby preventing disputes over property boundaries or ownership.
