Common use of Lender’s Right to Assign Clause in Contracts

Lender’s Right to Assign. Lender may assign, negotiate, pledge or other wise hypothecate this Agreement or any or all of its rights and security hereunder, including the Note evidencing the Loan and the other Loan Documents to any person or entity, and in case of such assignment, Borrowers will accord full recognition thereto and agree that all rights and remedies of Lender in connection with the interest so assigned shall be enforceable against Borrowers by such assignee with the same force and effect and to the same extent as the same would have been enforceable by Lender but for such assignment. From and after any such assignment or other transfer of this Agreement or any of Lender's rights hereunder, Lender's obligations to Borrowers shall be extinguished and released.
