Common use of Lending Installations Clause in Contracts

Lending Installations. Each Lender may, subject to Section 3.5, make and book its Loans at any Lending Installation(s) selected by such Lender and may change its Lending Installation(s) from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation(s) and the Notes, if any, shall be deemed held by each Lender for the benefit of such Lending Installation(s). Each Lender may, by written or telex notice to the Administrative Agent and the Company, designate one or more Lending Installations which are to make and book Loans and for whose account Loan payments are to be made.

Lending Installations. Each Lender may, subject Subject to Section SECTION 3.5, make and each Lender may book its Loans at any Lending Installation(s) Installation selected by such Lender and may change its Lending Installation(s) Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation(s) Installation and the Notes, if any, Notes shall be deemed held by each Lender for the benefit of such Lending Installation(s)Installation. Each Lender may, by written or telex notice to the Administrative Agent and the CompanyBorrower, designate one or more a Lending Installations Installation through which are to make and book Loans will be made by it and for whose account Loan payments are to be made.

Each Lender may, by written or telex notice to the Administrative Agent and the CompanyBorrower in accordance with Article XIII, designate one replacement or more additional Lending Installations through which are to make and book Loans will be made by it and for whose account Loan payments are to be made.
