Common use of Lending Installations Clause in Contracts

Lending Installations. Each Lender may book its Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations and the LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Each Lender may book its Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations Exposure and the LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs Letters of Credit at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCsLetters of Credit, participations in LC Obligations Exposure and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIII13, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs Letters of Credit will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs Letters of Credit are to be made.

All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation Installation(s) and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder the Notes, if any, shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending InstallationInstallation(s). Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written or telex notice to the Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIIIapplicable Borrower, designate replacement one or additional more Lending Installations through which are to make and book Loans will be made by it or issue Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIIICompany, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs Letters of Credit will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs Letters of Credit are to be made.

Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIII13, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs under this Agreement are to be made.

Lending Installations. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations participation in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by not less than one (1) Business Day’s prior written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower Borrowers in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in LC Obligations and Swing Line Loans and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may beapplicable, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Lending Installations. Each Lender may book its Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations and the LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Lending Installations. Each Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, each Lender may book its Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations and the LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Agent and the Borrower Borrowers in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIIISection 11.1, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Lending Installations. Each Lender may book its Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations and the Swing Line Loans, and each LC Issuer may book the its Facility LCs LCs, at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may beapplicable, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in LC Obligations and Swing Line Loans and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may beapplicable, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIIISection 9.20, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Lending Installations. Each Lender may book its Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations and the LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Agent and the Borrower Representative in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Lending Installations. Each Lender may book its Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations and the each LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or the such LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the each LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the each LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent, the European Administrative Agent, the Canadian Administrative Agent and the Borrower Borrowers in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Lending Installations. Each Lender may make and book its Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations and the LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs at any Lending Installation Installation(s) selected by such Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation Installation(s) from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation Installation(s) and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder the notes, if any, shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending InstallationInstallation(s). Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written or telex notice to the Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIIIBorrower, designate replacement one or additional more Lending Installations through which are to make and book Loans will be made by it or issue Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Lending Installations. Each Lender may book its Loans Advances and its participation in any LC Obligations Obligations, and the LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs LCs, at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, and any Lender or the LC Issuer may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation Installation, and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower Borrowers’ Agent in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which it will make Loans will be made by it or issue Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Lending Installations. Each Lender may book its Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations and the LC Issuer Issuers may book the Facility LCs at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or the applicable LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the applicable LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the each LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower Company in accordance with Article XIIIXIV, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Lending Installations. Each Lender may book its Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations and the each LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or the such LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. Each Lender may book its Loans Advances and its participation in any LC Obligations and Swing Line Loans and the LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs Letters of Credit at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCsLetters of Credit, participations in LC Obligations and Swing Line Loans, and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIIICompany, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs Letters of Credit will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs Letters of Credit are to be made.

All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written or telex notice to the Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIIIapplicable Borrower, designate replacement one or additional more Lending Installations through which are to make and book Loans will be made by it or issue Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Lending Installations. Each Lender may book its Loans Borrowings and its participation in any LC Obligations and the LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Lending Installations. Each Lender may book its Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations Exposure and the LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs Letters of Credit at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCsLetters of Credit, participations in LC Obligations Exposure and any the Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs Letters of Credit will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments are to be made or payments with respect to Facility LCs Letters of Credit are to be made.

Lending Installations. Each Lender may book its Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations and the LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations participation in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs under this Agreement are to be made.

Lending Installations. Each Lender may book its Pro Rata Share of Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations and the LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in the LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC IssuerIssuer , as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in LC Obligations and Swing Line Loans and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may beapplicable, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIII, designate 38 replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Lending Installations. Each Lender may book its Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations and the LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower Company in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Each Lender may book its Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations and the LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, and participations in LC Obligations and other 44 Obligations, and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the relevant LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the each LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.
