Common use of Lending Installations Clause in Contracts

Lending Installations. Each Lender may book its Loans, its participations in any outstanding Swingline Loans, and its participation in any LC Obligations and any LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or such LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in outstanding Swingline Loans, participations in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or each LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and each LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article 13, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Lending Installations. Each Lender may book its Loans, its participations in any outstanding Swingline Loans, Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations and any the LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or such the LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time; provided, however, such selection shall not increase, if otherwise reasonably avoidable, the Borrower’s costs under Article III. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in outstanding Swingline Loans, participations in LC Reimbursement Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or each the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and each the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower Representative in accordance with Article 13XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Lending Installations. In addition, each such Lender that books its Revolving Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations at any Lending Installation and each LC Issuer that books the Facility LCs issued by it at any Lending Installation as provided in this Section

All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in outstanding Swingline LoansLetters of Credit, participations in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or each the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and each the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article 13XIV, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it and its participation in any LC Obligations and the LC Issuer may book the Letters of Credit or Facility LCs Letters of Credit will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs Letters of Credit are to be made.

Lending Installations. Each Subject to Section 2.23, each of the --------------------- Lenders and Swing Line Lender may book its Loans, its participations in any outstanding Swingline Loans, Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations and any Swing Line Loans, and the LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs LCs, at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or such LC Issuer, as the case may be, it and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Notes, Facility LCs, and participations in outstanding Swingline Loans, participations in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder Facility LCs shall be deemed held by each Lender, Swing Line Lender or each LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender, Swing Line Lender and each or LC Issuer Issuer, as the case may be, may, by written or telex notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article 13Borrower, designate replacement or additional a Lending Installations Installation through which Loans or participations in Facility LCs and Swing Line Loans will be made or booked by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be mademade in respect of such Loans, Facility LCs or participations therein.

All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Swing Line Loans, Facility LCs, participations in outstanding Swingline Loans, participations in LC Obligations Facility LCs and any Notes and the Swing Line Note issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender, Swing Line Lender or each LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender, Swing Line Lender and each LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article 13XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Revolving Loans and Swing Line Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Each Lender and each LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article 13XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Each Lender and each the LC Issuer may, by not less than one days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower Borrowers in accordance with Article 13XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Lending Installations. Each Lender Bank may book its Loans, its participations in any outstanding Swingline Loans, Revolving Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations and any the LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender Bank or such the LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time, in each case so long as Borrowers could not reasonably be expected to incur liabilities under Sections 1.28, 1.29 and 1.32 hereof. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Revolving Loans, Facility LCs, participations in outstanding Swingline Loans, participations in LC Obligations and any Revolving Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender Bank or each the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender Bank and each the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent Bank and the Borrower in accordance with Article 13Overstock as provided herein, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Revolving Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Revolving Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Each Lender and each the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article 13XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Each Lender and each the LC Issuer may, by not less than one (1) Business Day’s prior written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower Borrowers in accordance with Article 13XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Each Lender, Swing Line Lender and each LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article 13XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans and Swing Line Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan or Swing Line Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in outstanding Swingline Loans, participations participation in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or each the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and each the LC Issuer may, by not less than one days' prior written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower Borrowers in accordance with Article 13XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.

Lending Installations. Each Lender may will book its Loans, its participations in any outstanding Swingline Loans, Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations and any the LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs at any the appropriate Lending Installation selected listed on Schedule 5/the administrative information sheets provided to the Agent in connection herewith or such other Lending Installation designated by such Lender or such LC Issuer, as in accordance with the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to timefinal sentence of this Section 2.19.
