Common use of Lending Installations Clause in Contracts

Lending Installations. Each Lender will book its Loans at the appropriate Lending Installation listed on Schedule 4 or such other Lending Installation designated by such Lender in accordance with the final sentence of this Section 2.18. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender may, by not less than one days' prior written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrowers in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it and for whose account Loan payments are to be made.

Each Lender may, by not less than one days' prior written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrowers Company in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it and for whose account Loan payments are to be made.
