Common use of Lending Installations Clause in Contracts

Lending Installations. Each Lender will book its Loans or Letters of Credit at the appropriate Lending Installation listed on the administrative information sheets provided to the Administrative Agent in connection herewith or such other Lending Installation designated by such Lender in accordance with the final sentence of this Section 2.16. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation. Each Lender may, by written or facsimile notice to the Administrative Agent and the Company, designate a Lending Installation through which Loans will be made by it and for whose account Loan payments and/or payments of L/C Obligations are to be made.

All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender may, by written or facsimile notice to the Administrative Agent and the CompanyCompany in accordance with Article XIII, designate a replacement or additional Lending Installation Installations through which Loans will be made by it and for whose account Loan payments and/or payments of L/C Obligations are to be made.
