Length of Service Increments. Length of service pay increments shall be applicable to all employees and the minimum wage rate shall be according to the table below. No part-time employee shall receive any increase until he/she works the equivalent number of hours to qualify, i. e., 2,080 hours for 1 year, etc. Employees will move to the next step increase upon reaching the required number of hours and will no longer have to reach not only the required hours but the actual years of service. This increase will be effective with the pay period commencing after the hour limit has been achieved rather than waiting till the end of the employee’s anniversary year.
