Lessor Name Sample Clauses

The 'Lessor Name' clause identifies the individual or entity that is leasing out property or assets to another party. This clause typically specifies the full legal name and, if applicable, the business designation of the lessor, ensuring there is no ambiguity about who holds the rights and responsibilities of the lessor under the agreement. By clearly stating the lessor's identity, this clause helps prevent disputes over ownership or authority and ensures that all parties know who is responsible for fulfilling the lessor's obligations.
