LESSOR'S DOCUMENTARY CONDITIONS PRECEDENT. Lessor’s obligation to lease the Leased Property to Lessee under this Agreement is subject to the receipt of the following by Lessor from Lessee no less than three Business Days before Delivery in form and substance satisfactory to Lessor, provided, that it shall not be a condition precedent to the obligations of Lessor that any document be produced, or action taken, which is to be produced or taken by Lessor or any Person within its control:
