Lessor's Obligation. Lessor shall maintain the following: 6.1.1 The structural parts to the building and other improvements that are part of the Premises. Said structural parts include only the foundation, bearing and exterior walls (excluding glass and doors), sub flooring and roof. 6.1.2 The unexposed electrical, plumbing and sewage systems. 6.1.3 Heating systems servicing the Premises.
