Common use of Lessor's Obligation Clause in Contracts

Lessor's Obligation. Lessor shall construct, at its sole expense, except as provided below, all of the facilities of the commercial center as shown on Exhibit A and the demised premises for Lessee's use and occupancy as shown on said Exhibit A, such demised premises to be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications to be prepared by Lessor.
