Lessor’s Right to Enter. Upon reasonable prior notice to ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Lessor shall have the right to enter upon and inspect the Dayroom from time to time, and, upon reasonable notice to Lessee, to make any necessary repairs without abatement of rent, provided, however, that Lessor shall not, during the course of any such inspection or repairs, unreasonably interfere with ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s use and enjoyment of the Dayroom.
