Lessor’s Right to Enter. The Lessee covenants and agrees to permit the Lessor and its agents to enter and examine the Leased Premises at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to the Lessee and, during the last six months of the Term of the Lease, to keep affixed in suitable places notices of availability of the Leased Premises.
