LETTER OF CLARIFICATION Sample Clauses

A Letter of Clarification clause establishes the process by which parties can formally clarify ambiguities or uncertainties in a contract or agreement. Typically, this clause allows one party to submit a written request for clarification regarding specific terms, obligations, or procedures, and requires the other party to respond in writing within a set timeframe. This mechanism ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of their rights and responsibilities, thereby reducing the risk of disputes arising from misinterpretation or unclear language in the contract.
