LETTER OF COMMITMENT. DLC:01 The Parties agree to discuss the purchase and supply of reflective three (3) in one (1) jackets for Permanent and Temporary Field Inspectors, Instrumentpersons, Rodpersons, Solids Testing Technicians and Soils Testing Assistants.
