Level I – Administration. a. A copy of the written grievance shall be submitted to the grievant's building principal/appropriate administrator within fifteen (15) workdays of the alleged violation. b. A meeting shall be mutually agreed upon between the grievant and the administrator within five (5) workdays of the filing of the grievance. Discussion at this meeting shall be confined to the issues as stated in the grievance and the relief sought. c. Within five (5) workdays of the meeting, the administrator shall provide the grievant with a written response stating his/her position and suggestion for resolving the grievance.
