Level II - Superintendent. The Grievance will be discussed by the aggrieved Employee and the Superintendent, or Designee. If the aggrieved party is to be accompanied by legal counsel, the Superintendent shall be notified at least ten (10) workdays in advance to permit the Superintendent to be advised by legal counsel if the Superintendent so chooses. The Superintendent shall give a written decision within ten (10) workdays following the conclusion of the meeting on the Grievant matter.
