Common use of Level II - Superintendent Clause in Contracts

Level II - Superintendent. The superintendent may hold a meeting among the aforementioned parties and shall render his/her written decision within ten (10) school days of receipt of the grievance. If the grievance is not resolved at Level II, or if no decision has been rendered within ten (10) school days after the presentation of the grievance to the superintendent, the aggrieved may file the grievance, in writing, to the Board within five (5) school days after the decision at Level II or fifteen (15) school days after which the grievance was presented, whichever is sooner.
