Level of Responsibility. An employee at this wage group: (A) will work under limited supervision either individually or in a team environment, with checking of their work related to overall progress; (B) may be responsible for the work of others through the monitoring role; (C) will be responsible for work outcomes regarding quantity and quality in their own area, including their own work and the work of others; (D) will be required to exercise discretion in the planning and carrying out of work where there is some complexity in extent and choice of actions required; (E) will be responsible, with others, for identifying and solving problems in their work areas; (F) will be responsible for identifying and reporting problems in other work areas where they affect activity in their own work area; (G) if supervising others they will be responsible for initiating, co-ordinating and monitoring problem solving in own work area; (H) will inspect products and/or materials for conformity with established operational standards; (I) will conduct training in conjunction with a skilled trainer as required; and (J) may be required to supervise others in wage groups in the training situation.

(C) will be responsible for work outcomes regarding quantity carry out a range of tasks and quality roles in their own area, including their own work and the work a variety of others;
(D) will be required to exercise discretion in the planning and carrying out of work where there is contexts with some complexity in extent and choice of actions required;
(D) will exercise trade or other skills relevant to the specific requirements of the enterprise at a higher level than Wage group 4;
(E) will be responsible for planning their own work and the work of others and for the quality and quantity of that work, ensuring it is completed on time to established standards;
(F) will be responsible for a high degree of precision and accuracy in all work performed;
(G) will be responsible, in conjunction with others, others for identifying and solving problems in their own work areasarea;
(FH) may be responsible for the operations of a work team and for providing guidance and assistance as part of that team;
(I) will be responsible for identifying and reporting problems in other work areas where they affect activity in their own work area;
(GJ) will supervise and train staff as required;
(K) if supervising others they the employee will be responsible for initiating, co-ordinating and monitoring problem solving in their own work area;
(H) will inspect products and/or materials for conformity with established operational standards;
(I) will conduct training in conjunction with a skilled trainer as required; and
(J) may be required to supervise others in wage groups in the training situation.
