Classification Criteria. For purposes of this section, a reclassification must be based on findings that the purpose of the position is consistent with the concept of the proposed classification and that the class specifications for the proposed classification and that the class specifications for the proposed classification more accurately depicts the overall assigned duties, authority and responsibilities of the position. Terms used above shall be defined as follows: a) the purpose of the position shall be determined by the statement of purpose and assigned duties of the position description and other relevant evidence of duties assigned by the Agency; b) the concept of the proposed classification shall be determined by the general description and distinguishing features of its class specifications, and, c) the overall duties, authority and responsibilities of the position shall be determined by the position description and other relevant evidence of duties assigned by the Agency. This Section supersedes any provisions contained in the Agencies grievance procedure.

Classification Criteria. In determining the classification of the interest-earning assets portfolio, the Group applies a series of criteria that are derived from its own internal regulations regarding the management of lease assets. These criteria are designed to assess the likelihood of repayment by the borrower and the collectability of principal and interest on its interest- earning assets. The Group's interest-earning assets classification criteria focus on a number of factors, if applicable; and asset classifications include: • Pass: There is no reason to doubt that the loan principal and interest will not be paid by the debtor in full and/or on a timely basis. There is no reason whatsoever to suspect that the interest-earning assets will be impaired. • Special mention: Even though the debtor has been able to pay his payments in a timely manner, there are still factors that could adversely affect its ability to pay, which are related to changes in the economic, policy and industrial environment, the structure of the debtor's property rights and the debtor's management mechanisms, organisational framework and management personnel adjustments, operating capabilities, material investments and credit size and conditions, as well as the impact of changes in the value of core assets on the debtor's ability to repay; while taking into consideration the impact of subjective factors, including any change in the debtor's willingness to repay, on the quality of assets, such as if payments have been overdue for 30 days or more, then the interest-earning assets for this contract shall be classified as special mention or lower.

Classification Criteria. The parties have developed a Classification Structure that provides a logical career path for employees; recognises the areas of competence required to meet the needs of the client and emphasises flexible and broad use of skills by employees. Progression of individual employees through the Classification Structure will be based upon competencies demonstrated by individual employees and dependent upon the needs of the business. The Representative Job Descriptions attached detail the job and person requirements for each position covered and is the basis for application of the Hourly base rates of pay provided for in this Agreement.
